Copper Range
The Copper Range was a short line in the
Keweenaw peninsula of Upper Michigan that had 3 Baldwin switchers. Their home
office was in Houghton, right near the lift bridge.

Over across the river in
Hancock the train is headed west towards the lift bridge and Houghton.
Note the light rails and lack of tie plates as the rails sink into the
ties. May of 1970. |
